Development blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new document release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend detailing various areas of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the current congressional process.
